Why would you write a story that is supposed to be a work of fiction and use a real life HIGHLY RECOGNIZABLE person as the main villain in the story? There is no way you can hide behind the usual disclaimer that this is a work of fiction and any similarities are just coincidences. If you did not run this by him first, I hope he sues
