So this book started out as a typical sequel, with lots of player progress. THEN…. it went completely off the rails! The plot ramped up so much, and just when I thought it was going to resolve, it got progressively more hard-core! It didn’t QUITE end in a cliffhanger, as the storyline resolved, but the ending had me one-clicking the next book in half a second. Good stuff!
