Whiny, Spoiled, and not that intelligent.

First MC that is an honest sociopath, acting like an emo and is the villian the entire game thinks he is. No misunderstanding, or an antihero working to do right. No this MC is a criminal, trained to be a murderous sociopath, by a family of sociopaths business and political leaders.

Whiny about a possible accident constantly.

Honestly one of the worst books I have ever read. The game world was not original or interesting. The entire Unbound Deathlord class as being the “special” characteristic for the MC was barely thought out past the word “Unbound”. Which the say “Unbound Deathlord” about every few paragraphs. As if using the term often enough will flesh out or add substance to an empty class. Mages are Unbound, Archers are Unbound, hell every class but Paladins and Clerics are unbound. And Deathlord is not anything like them.

I am saddened to know there is a sequel to this mess of a book.
