I’ve always been let down by the “stuck in a video game genre” of books and shows. Usually they take what should be a fun and interesting plot start and devolve into harems or in general bad writing. World Tree Online does none of that. It crafts an interesting game world and premise behind why the characters are their. The stakes are well balanced so that nothing has to be over dramatized and watching the characters progress over long periods of time was a joy. The narrators were also all great and very expressive.
Overall id highly recomend this to any video game and book fans.
