This book is an entertaining mix of mystery, action, and romance, but the narrator is super annoying. Not awful enough that I couldn’t listen, but it definitely took some effort to get past it. People who weren’t southern randomly had southern accents, women who weren’t valley girls inexplicably sounded like valley girls. Wtf?

Overall though, entertaining enough to try to bypass the narration.
