I’m gonna lead with corrections:
One reviewer said this was tragic, it’s not
One reviewer said the protagonist was a sociopath, he damaged but not a sociopath; in fact, he helps people he doesn’t have to for not profit of his own,
The same reviewer said the priest was evil, the priest isn’t evil; he has some bad moments but comes around; I don’t think that reviewer finished the book.
Now for the cons:
It gets a little sloggy and repetitive in the middle,
There aren’t enough points of view and this leaves a lot unanswered or neglected; I figure this is because of the nature of RoyalRoad writing in general,
Now for the pros:
Love the whole ant Isekai rpg idea,
Characters are varied; so much diversity of thought and believable or fun points of view,
The MC may be rough at times but he usually does lean towards kindness or helping,
The possibilities of having truly epic enemies,
It’s funny and the narrators really make characters shine,
Telling me I can just skip the stats and making that easy.

Great job Soundbooth. Great job RinoZ.
