I personally like Ryun more than Zach, and this book seems to have a higher focus on Zach. which is the opposite of book 1. however, I found Zach side get a bit more interesting once he left the city he was in.
The narrator is decent with a narrator voice and the male voices. However, he is lacking with his ability for female voices. It is not horrible, and I understand it could be hard to use a variety of higher pitch voices, but I would have love the female voices to be better or have a second female narrator for the voices.
Overall, I found the storylines interesting. I love how the chapters are labeled with POVs. The stats are a bit annoying, but it’s typically contained at the end of the chapter for easy skip, and with how long the book is, it is not like it’s to much a waste of time
