Great story. Characters spread out hundreds of miles to get to home. Rookie -and veteran- mistakes are made. A plan usually barely survives until the problem occurs with enough variables to sink that plan. Peppers are just more ready for SHTF than sheeple, but they still fall asleep, get hungry, forget to think ahead. I enjoyed both the story, and this narrator.
