Not bad at all, very good story especially setting up a ‘new’ possible arc.
Fleshed out pretty good in a single book and laying some possible side stories or tracks for the arc to take. I think it is delving a bit more into some of the motivations, etc of not just Jacob but some others.
Makes me feel very good about the series continuing and makes me very interested in the next book.
