This is the second series with Ishmael Wang as the central figure. If you have not read “Quarter Share” and the other five books in that series, I recommend you do so before the three books in this series.
I really like the above series and I have enjoyed this book. I like the characters and their attitude toward others. l have thoroughly enjoyed the laid back story with only limited dysfunctional interpersonal interactions. If you are looking for an easy fun read, this series might meet your need.
If you like guns, death, and gratuitous sex, this series is not for you. That is why I personally enjoy the series. In 2021, who needs more stress, more guns and more death.
