This series wasn’t bad, it just didn’t keep me excited. The Bible and God stuff didn’t bother me. I don’t mind if the character has faith, and despite some of the other reviews it didn’t feel preachy to me.
I think some people might really enjoy this series, but I really prefer suspense and thriller post-apocalyptic stories. Despite the gore and action it felt a little slow for me. I ended up not finishing the 3rd book, because I realized I didn’t really care about how it ended. So it wasn’t bad, just didn’t do it for me.
