It surprised me! Joel Leslie did a great job! I often purchase books solely for the reason of his narration skills.
The story line was well thought out. A few times it was a bit melodramatic but I really enjoyed it nonetheless.
I have started listening to the second book and hope that it can stand up to the first one.
