TLDR: It’s an ok story but I feel like some other Litrpg’s did it better in some aspects. I recommend Video Game Plotline tester if you want a story about making money in VR, and Occultist if you want teen drama revenge story in VR. The Land or Life Reset if you want a more exciting Litrpg all around.

long version:
Pros: It’s an interesting lit rpg story, pretty easy to follow first litrpg with out a list of stats and items every 5 seconds. I can tell there was effort put into it. I was able to finish it. Definitely worth the credit, but if you are on the fence, try one of the books I recommended. If you’ve read all those books, then grab this one , it’s worth the credit and will give you something to listen to as a litrpg fan.

Cons: Voice performance was boring, many plot armor moments, and the game is super broken for the main character necromancer, with very few interesting other player classes and main characters. Corporation was laughably incompetent, school drama was boring, romance was boring, and cat was boring. The story hints at possible legal problems for the game (Game Real money economy, players health, and etc) but does not follow up on them in a meaningful way in comparison to books like Life Reset , Video Game Plotline Tester or Survival Quest for example.
