It was not as good as the first book. It had its differences. Viper was supposed to be an assassin silent and hidden. His brother Vox is the one who does the great big blow up in your face attacks. Viper is setup as stealthy and invisible. Viper draws too much attention many times. It came together their skills in parts of the book. When she tricks him with the candy and the final battle where she keeps the villain’s attention distracted. Those seem to be precise and silent moves. Not brute strength but acts of guile. I would have liked to see more of that but Viper was always honest and forward with Tina a little different temperament from a spy and assassin. I really liked the story. I will continue with the series.
