loved that the mc is a scientist and enjoyed the parts where he teaches a young mage about math and physics in order to better understand lightning and electricity. Yet hes also a dnd esq raging barbarian. Liked that the system is about insights and understandings instead of stats. I think it wprked out pretty well. Can get slow but still enjoyable.
