Very religious and preachy.

Each chapter starts off with a quote from the bible. That was my first red flag. Then the main character goes to church with a friend (and we the readers suffer through a sermon) and then just like that the main character finds Jesus and is saved. I was fed up by this point, and it’s only chapter 3. I decided to read some one-star reviews and they all say the same thing; the book is very religious all the way through. I am returning this book and if preachy or religious themes bother you then don’t get this book.
