I took a chance with this book, and I’m happy to say it’s very good. Here’s a decent, small summary for anyone on the fence:

The main character and two AIs are the main party thus far. The MMO is very familiar to something like World of Warcraft, just much more realistic (for the main character.) The humor and creative action drive the story, as well as the main character and his talking axe AI companion.

If that sounds decent to you, you’ll probably love this book. Also, the narrator is godly and adds a lot of life to it.

This story also doesn’t linger too long on things, which I love. It takes time to explain, joke, employ fun action— Then it keeps it going while keeping everything streamlined.

I’m definitely purchasing Book 2 ASAP!
