- If you could sum up Chase Baker and the Dutch Diamonds in three words, what would they be?
- A wild ride.
- Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?
- The story did keep me on the edge of my seat. It’s a shorter novel, but Mr. Zandri did a great job of keeping things moving right along. Expecially nearer the end of the novel, I really felt like I was almost on an Indiana Jones type adventure.
- Which scene was your favorite?
- There wasn’t one particular scene that I enjoyed, but rather I enjoyed the audiobook as a whole. I find that authors sometimes miss character development or rush things along in shorter books and novellas and I can honestly say that this was not the case here. The story was fast paced, but in a good way and the characters were fully realized and developed, even though this is book 10 in a series that was completely new to me.
- Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
- I did laugh out loud a few times and the little one liners here and there.
- Any additional comments?
- The narration was great too. I would definitely recommend this book and would happily listen to the others in the series!
I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher.
