This about two sisters Cathy and Marty – supposedly. However it’s more about a town and friendship and of course the two sisters as well. And then there is outspoken rambunctious Agnes – a great aunt of the girls and Violet the hoity toity mother of Ethan who was seemingly to marry Cathy. However Cathy gets a backbone. It is really funny in parts. It definitely made for a good audiobook and the narrator really nailed the various characters. Well done to Petrea Burchard.
