This book taught me a lot about mental health care in the United States. Thank you for painting such a rich picture of the victims (Jennifer also taught me a lot). I also felt compassion for the perpetrator at one point, until I found out exactly what he did. Further, I hate our criminal justice system, but he actually does need to be removed from society for the remainder of his life.
