The narrator was, as always, great — great with accents, voices, and, unfortunately for me, angst. There was a good plot line in there, but after a little over 2 hours of, yes, upset and angst, I gave in. My life is too short to fill an entire day of this, and so I’m leaving the book and this review and head off for something with a little cheer in it. YMMV, of course.
