I wasn’t really sure about this book choice when I started it, I mean demons? But I was pleasantly surprised to have most of my preconceived ideas proven wrong. The lead female character is fantastic, she’s strong and aware and a survivor. The other characters work to create unusual situations and interesting interactions.
The story line is unexpected with twists and left field happenings. Really good to listen to I finished it in one session I just couldn’t stop.
The narration is well done, great character voices and accents and the delivery was enjoyable and natural.
