While I enjoyed the story greatly. I found a reference in it very distasteful and offensive to minority readers.

An out of the blue reference to the main character’s companion sounding like a ‘ghetto black guy’ when it had said something similar to ‘run bitch run’

It did not add anything to the story, was not funny, and only served to disparage African American men. I normally do not write reviews, nor do I take offense easily. But when I came across this in the book, it seems as if the author went out of his way to attack and/criticize African American men. It made me lose respect for the author, Shemer Kuznits, and less likely to recommend this book to others.

No where else in this book does anyone, main character or side characters, refer to any other demographic positively or negatively. Which led me to believe that it was an intentional slight against the referee demographic, black men.
