… the story takes place in a “funeral home” … and there is quite a bit of detail about preparing a body for a funeral. I’m not a squeamish person, but at times I found myself gritting my teeth! So keep this in mind. But it is an excellent book! Lots of history and I whizzed through it in a couple of days.
