I’ve read a lot of vampire stories but this is the first time i’ve seen one mixed with Amish. I really liked how it was done. There’s a lot of angst in the story.
Annalise was a great lead. She was an skeptical and relatable. There’s some twists that I didn’t see coming and they really added to the story. I highly recommend this if you want a unique spin on the paranormal.
The narration was great. Lucinda seamlessly switched between the characters and it was easy to distinguish them.
