I found the premise of the story unique. I enjoyed the fun and games of the plot. While the book never quite had all the beats of a typical adventure plot it was still a fun page turner with every character being enjoyable and well acted by the voice performer. It just worked despite breaking some of the typical writer’s rules.
I’d like to see where the story goes next!
