This is my first book where the MC is an absolute bad guy, lol. He is a killer, but has found a soft spot.
I loved Ari’s inner dialogue and when he was talking to us, the reader. He didn’t care what people thought and called himself out. Thisnstorybwas just so well written, he loved loyally and fiercely.
There is killing and control but it was mutual and I loved it. This is definitely a book I would listen to again and again.
