I’ve always appreciated Druga’s writing, but this one felt a bit underwhelming. The characters were good; I liked CJ, Carter, and Mindy. There were meteors, earthquakes, tsunamis, and fires but I didn’t experience the tension or fright that such disasters should have produced. The story was good and I enjoy listening to Wehrlen but something was missing. Three.point.five for the effort.
