I liked this book because it is special! Like nothing I’ve read and I appreciate that. It also reminds me of how children can be born into a world not of their choosing and the parents can cause so much pain and destruction to their lives. They are left to navigate life on their own. Sad, maddening, awful and beautiful all wrapped up in the chaos.
