It’s eye roll cringe from the beginning. It hits all the typical points of prepper fiction.
The wife character is about the stupidest, most frustrating I’ve come across in my reading
and that is saying something.
They protagonist made it all the way to Baltimore from the mid west and then once he gets to Baltimore
what’s his first stop? Scavenging. Not going to his house. Scavenging.
Don’t waste your time with this book. I imagine the rest of the series isn’t much better.
