Started second book of the series and it is excellent. This book however is “meh”. This story lacks vivid descriptions and summarizes important events rather than taking the reader on a futuristic adventure. Consider it necessary reading to enter what so far has proven to be an amazing universe in book 2 (bought the series upfront so I’m committed).
