Almost 4 stars. I’m becoming a tough critic but this one caught my interest from the beginning because it’s just so twisted! At first I thought him a freeloader, then a nympho, then a thrill-seeker, then cold and spineless, and finally, a victim… and I’m left wondering what he’ll be in the next book.
This is my second listen from Connor Brown and I wasn’t disappointed. He’s a talented narrator.
