Book 8, Carmen’s book gives you a clearer picture on the background of how Jaguin meets his true mate Sara…Sara is being tortured by the man who caused Carmen her loss and pain. Sara is a solitary woman who has had a difficult life and upon being saved by the Valdier’s suffers PTSD. She is close to another survivor, Emma.
Taken to Valdier she is wooed by Joaquin who has neared the end of his ability to live without his true mate..and had given up.
We get to revisit some of the other couples from previous books and view the stories from different angles.
I am so entertained by each story..provided by a fantastic narrator.
Wish this series could keep going…I’m gobbling up each audio book in the Romance package that I can.
