Although the idea of content is taken seriously in other books, this book has a scene where it’s rape disgusted as sex. I know rape and sexual assault happens to a lot of her characters, but it usually doesn’t happen with the main protagonists. That one scene was very disappointing to me, especially when there was no apology and the other character expects what happened with a shoulder shrug.
