I only recently found out that this series is a novelization of an actual WEBTOON style isekai novel and now so much makes sense. A lot of the tropes and character actions make so much more sense to me now that I know it’s not a traditionally written western novel. That actually really helped me get past some of the things I didn’t like about this series and made the read much easier. So with that being said, if you’re not into stereotypical isekai manga then you’ll hate this, but if you enjoy the genre and all of its well know flaws then this will be a fun time.
