The book is totally unrealistic. Not because of the aliens and dragons (which are great), but because the author seems to have never spent any time around women, at least based on the believability of characters’ reactions. “Oh an alien ship? How nice.” “First time seeing people from earth after a week of thinking she’ll never see any again? Oh hi.”
I really tried to enjoy this book and the characters started out interesting. But when I can’t relate to any of the women characters, and they’re all just objects for the male characters to fight over or fu<%, no thanks.
