The story was basically enjoyable but, the gratuitous amount of f-bombs was a bit ridiculous. it’s like Joshua, the author, was channeling a 10-year-old who just learned the f word and was using it entirely too often and inappropriately. Personally, I don’t think it’s ever necessary but, I get that that puts me in the minority.
My other main complaint is that there was entirely too many scenes that just droned on and on without any purpose. I seriously got to a point where I just started fast forwarding 30 seconds at a time. Then, after skipping 30 minutes, I found that I had not missed any of the story.
Other than that, I like the concept and the basics of the characters. Most of them are overdone tropes, but not grotesquely so.
