Too much like the movie

While this book is well narrated and written, it is very much like the movie Enough staring Jennifer Lopez. It’s almost like this was the book version of the movie. This is my first time with this author and I am disappointed feeling like she watched the movie, changed a few things, added detail and extended the story line. But, it’s too much like the movie which is written by someone else and this feels like a copy of that persons work. The narrators are top notch and always worth the purchase/credit to support their work as they are the actors, not the writers. They are not to blame for this seemingly plagerized work.
