This is my least favorite of this series. I don’t mind strong Alphas, but here, Ed is too much the stereotype and expects Colin to fall in line like a good Omega. Colin fights that and exhibits strength, but still behaves in foolish ways in places. If you are an Omega, that can have life altering repercussions. I did like the setting of this story in an active Middle East war zone and found the world building well done. The narrator did a good job of distinguishing all the characters which could have been problematic considering that many were macho SEAL Alpha types.
