It could have been a good book but instead it is 2 separate mediocre books filled with political correctness, racism and Trump. Like sports fiction should be a place to get away from the real world, too bad it is not anymore. If I wanted political bias commentary and fake culture outrage I would watch it on CNN or MSNBC!

There could have been a great relationship development element, instead they are separated. Most of the book is separate stories following both of them. If it was not on sale I would return it. There is no character development and the relationship development we were not part of, it was prebook. We just see the results of years of working together.
