A thrill ride all the way across Texas, this is an entertaining action novel. It’s not particularly believable, but it’s fun throughout.
Gun fights, knife fights, redneck mafia, car chases, and explosives — this book has it all.
If you’re looking for a sober police procedural, this certainly isn’t that, but if you want cinematic action, this is the place.
