This could well be the writers first ever book.
The location is driven from a real town named FAR-WELL (Not FAIR well) The climate there is anything BUT moist/wet most of the time.

There are NO 3 story structures there and certainly no big hospital.
The other errors also defy literary license but escape me at the moment.
Character development was long in some areas but story plot was sadly lacking and absent in many areas.
