Outstanding book! I was sucked into the story so quickly! The writing is superb! Characters are fully fleshed out and completely believable. This is a suspenseful ghost story first, with a romance that happens as an added bonus. The narration is exceptional, as is usual for Joel Leslie. Each character has a unique voice and personality and there is never any confusion as to who is speaking or that character’s emotional intent. Joel Leslie is a brilliant voice actor. I was on the edge of my seat with the way he narrated the scary parts and so emotionally invested in his performance of Levi and Blue. I will definitely be listening to this book again, and I can’t wait for the next in the series!!
