It’s should be titled Henry LLC. To sum it all up it’s all about Henry now. Henry turns into a demigod, abandons any sense of decorum, his wife gains unimaginable powers, and then he gets a second overpowered wife. Henry this, Henry that. Henry does things that no one else thought was possible. All that’s missing is Henry winning the lottery and taking over the universe.
There use to be two main characters, but Blaise relegated Jason to a minor character in this book, the whole time spent trying to clean up after Henry and becoming submissive to Henry’s whims. There was no growth for Jason it seems or at the very least, Henry’s growth overshadowed anything Jason did.
But wait, there is more! Blaise adds another main character to the story, Nora! At this rate, Jason is destined to get snuffed out in the next book.
Not ready to give up on this series, but I do feel cautious going forward. Might read it first to get a feel of the direction Blaise intends to go then decide.
