This is what I want in my Humor books.

I’ve searched and searched for good humor books at several stores and forums. But most of the times, I get some comedian’s memoirs or some self-help books as suggestions. Occasionally I get funny story books, but those turn out to be low effort books. For this book, going in, I had low expectations, what with that weird cover. But thank god, I wasn’t let down.

The book is awesome, as far as good humor goes. It’s full of witty lines and sarcasm and funny situations. It is funny without trying to be funny. i.e. situational comedy. And this being from the PoV of a villain, it is that much more entertaining.

The characters are well fleshed out and each character adds their own impact to the story. The narration is apt too and engages the listener.

All in all, time well spent.
