- If you could sum up EverRealm: A LitRPG Novel in three words, what would they be?
- Tons of fun
- Who was your favorite character and why?
- Sandra and Nardo were my favorite characters. Sandra has the mysterious and intriguing past, that isn’t fully explained yet. She is also brings a great balance to most of the character interactions throughout the book, and she kicks a lot of ass. Nardo doesn’t need much explaining, you will know why he is a favorite when he enters :).
- Which character – as performed by Jeff Hays – was your favorite?
- Might be a bit of a cop out, but I would say all of them. He knocked this out of the park like he has on all the prior books I have listened to him narrate. He gives so many unique voices, and has such a great tempo and timing. I can 100% say he makes the book more enjoyable then reading it myself. There were parts where if i was reading it I would have been amused, but with his timing and voices the spots made me laugh. Quickly becoming one of my favorite narrators.
- Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
- I could have easily listened to this in a single sitting, but I must admit I had to take a break eventually. It is entertaining throughout, and held my attention from start to finish.
- Any additional comments?
- A fun twist on two well known genres, and it pulled them both off very well. Along with very good narration, it all mixes to make a great way to spend seven hours. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
