Out of over more than 350 books I’ve listened to in the past six years, I have not been as moved by an author before. I did have trouble with the narrator at first, but fortunately I was able to appreciate her talent as the story developed. I’m not a crier, this time I couldn’t help but feel tears of sadness, grief and joy. I would recommend this to all women who still have the chance to talk to their mothers before you’ve lost that opportunity for all time. Especially if there are multiple generations of mothers, daughters and sisters who have that chance. The book really helps to guide us with being open, honest and not ever forgetting how much we are loved.
