Okay, I won’t spoil because I know a lot of people do in reviews. It doesn’t bother me but I am guessing it really annoys some so I will try not to.
First off, I have to say that I liked this story very much. Not as much as the first book but this one was just as awesome. I feel I am not as enthralled with this one as the first one in this series because I am so anti-angst and this book has a lot of it. It is just so well written that I can overlook it sometimes.
Both of the main characters ( I hate calling them MC because I read biker books and all I think about when I see mc is motorcycle club). Anyway, both of these characters are broken from things that happen in their past and just as the title suggests, its all about salvation.
I like this narrator. I have listened to quite a few books that he has narrated. I know the next book in the series is narrated by a different narrator and that guy isn’t bad either, but Joel Leslie really brings the characters to life.
It does seem that some people do not read the blurbs about books so they may not realize, that this is a dark and gritty m/m very adult read. And I loved every minute of it.
