I bought and listened to book one months ago and was so disappointed with it, I didn’t continue. Then audible started the romance package. One thing the romance package has allowed me is the chance to take a risk on some books I normally wouldn’t. I know you’re supposed to be able to return any books you do not like but, return too many in a short period of time and audible starts making it more difficult to return a book.
Anyway, I saw book two, of this series and based on the reviews and the number of reviews, I decided to give this series another try. I’m glad I did. Book two was so much better and more interesting than book one that I am ready to continue to book three. Before you decide to skip this series, listen to book two, at least. I think you will change your mind.
