I think the thing I enjoyed most about this book was the pace. I feel like the book ramped up quickly and kept going strong until the end. It was extremely interesting following Agent G’s progress towards his goal of thinking for himself. I really liked the mix of reality and technology as well as how and when new things are revealed to the reader/listener.
I didn’t notice until starting to write this review that C.T. Phipps also writes the Supervillainy Saga but now that I noticed I can see why I enjoyed this book so much; it has much of the same appeal and writing style found in that series. Jeffrey Kafer was an excellent choice to narrate this book! I did notice that Jeffrey also narrated the Supervillainy Saga and I did immediately think “Gary Karkofsky!” at first (not a bad thing) and I was not disappointed with the narration for Agent G!
I highly recommend checking out this book and also checking out the Supervillainy Saga written by C.T. Phipps and narrated by Jeffrey Kafer if you haven’t already done so. You won’t regret it!
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
